Antonio Lopez appeals from the judgment entered on jury verdicts convicting him on four counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and a single count of second degree burglary. (§Â§ 459, 460, subd. 2.) We conclude substantial evidence supports the judgment and the courts denial of Lopez pretrial motion to recuse the entire staff of the Imperial County District Attorneys (DA) office. We also conclude the court properly denied Lopez motion for a new trial. Accordingly, we affirm.
